The law was passed. Vampire's are now classed as equal citizens of the united Kingdom. On paper at least. Shifters are going missing, not protected under the human rights acts, rumors circulate that the government are kidnapping shifters for gruesome experiments and forced military service and anyone who goes searching for answers, hits red tape and brick walls.
