The higher powers of the world began to bring their attention to an on growing problem that was escalating beyond them. The vermin spreading around the world was turning lethal and innocent people were beginning to be killed in mass attacks. The war between the Vetalas and Vampires was beginning effect cities and other species alike. Werewolves and Witches were soon beginning to diminish due to being caught in the cross-hair of the vicious beasts who were fighting for dominance. 

The higher powers had to think fast, thus coming up with the idea of a complete wipe out of the supernaturals, from the earth, via a spell. The supernaturals would be transported to an alternate universe and the memories of the humans, upon earth, would be wiped of all knowledge of them, as well s their world being restored. The alternate universe wasn't foreign to their eye. It bore an exact resemblance to the earth, though all was empty.

The war didn't end. The witches and werewolves knew they had to ally themselves with each other to actually survive and so they came up with a pact. If any of them were attacked, then the other species would retaliate.  

The war between the Vetalas and Vampires took a surprising turn when they became aware of the witch-werewolf uprising that was taking shape. 

Several humans whom practiced magic were detected and categorized as supernaturals, thus they too were sent to this alternate universe. None believed that they would survive though surprisingly, they did, fighting off their predators and attempting to live a normal life under the protection of the wolves and witches, whilst some have formed a military type deal where they fight off the supernatural as hunters. They are well trained and equipped. Many humans attempt to live their life as normal as possible, though the task isn't the easiest. 

The old homes of humans and supernaturals were either invaded by a certain specie or, were they lucky enough, they were able to remain within them, though at the risk of danger surrounding.

Those sent to this universe are unaware, however, of another specie; the most deadly and powerful to have existed; which was banished eons before their own existence. Due to their rage of having been sent to this world, to live alone, Siren's cause silent destruction and turn the rest against one another, their actions unbeknownst to the other species. Whether they will ever be caught, or even found out, is unknown.

The majority of the supernaturals were banished to the town of East Liberty, Illinois, with only a handful scattered around other areas of the world.
